Refund policy

At Bunny & Co, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

2. Exchanges

  • The quickest way to receive a different size or style is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Accessories, including socks and hats

4. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@bunnyandco.ca with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending the item back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@bunnyandco.ca within 3 days of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
